Will these help with ringing in my ears?
No. These are over-the-counter hearing aids. They amplify speech and reduce background noise. They do not treat, cure or prevent tinnitus or any other condition. If you have new or worsening ringing in your ears, see a GP or audiologist.
How quickly will I notice a difference?
They are ready to wear out of the box, so speech should sound clearer straight away. Most people take a week or two to get used to wearing them all day.
What is your return policy?
You get 30 days. If they are not right for you, email revivalhearingnz@gmail.com within 30 days and send them back for a full refund. There is also a 12-month warranty, and this all sits on top of your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act.
Do I need a prescription?
No. These are over-the-counter hearing aids, so there is no prescription and no fitting appointment. They suit mild to moderate hearing difficulty. See a GP or audiologist first if your hearing has changed suddenly, if it is worse in one ear, or if you have pain, discharge, or new or worsening ringing.
What is the difference between The One and The Plus?
The One is $199. The Plus is $299 and adds Bluetooth. Both are rechargeable, come with a charging case and standard silicone tips in a few sizes, and are ready to wear out of the box. Neither is custom moulded.
Is shipping free?
Yes. Every NZ order comes with free tracked shipping. We hold the stock here and usually post within one business day.
