Can I try both before deciding?
Both come with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are unsure, start with The One. If you decide you want Bluetooth, send it back inside 30 days and get The Plus instead.
Will these help with ringing in my ears?
No. These are hearing aids. They amplify speech and reduce background noise. They do not treat, cure or prevent tinnitus or any other condition. If you have ringing in your ears, especially if it is new, getting worse, or only in one ear, see a GP or an audiologist.
Does The Plus work with my phone?
The Plus pairs over Bluetooth with most modern iPhones and Android phones. If it will not pair with yours, email us inside the 30 days and send it back. The One does not have Bluetooth.
How long does shipping take within New Zealand?
We hold stock in New Zealand and post from here. Shipping is free and tracked, and you get the tracking number by email when your order goes out.
